Less Wear
Just like the SR Series, the DR Series has a very robust ring the brush rides on. The brush and ring are designed to wear together ensuring a clean least path of resistance for current to always flow.
Not susceptible to most environmental contamination like microfilament or small brushes that ride directly on the motor shaft.
